Simeon Kennedy, Executive Assistant (he/him)

Simeon is an administrative assistant and communications professional with extensive experience in the seafood industry. Before joining Beyond Plastics, he supported Story Justice Communications with client outreach, research, and media drafting, and co-produced video content focused on seafood sourcing, ethical handling, and cooking.

After seeing firsthand the impact of plastic pollution on marine ecosystems and seafood supply chains, he became passionate about environmental issues, sustainability, and consumer awareness. He was drawn to Beyond Plastics by its mission to end plastic pollution through public education and advocacy.
