Jennifer Congdon, Deputy Director

Jennifer is a thoughtful and pragmatic organization-building professional with 20 years of experience working in environmental policy, campaigns, government, non-profit management, and fundraising. She has been passionate about the environment and activism since the age of eight when she convinced her parents to participate in the boycott of McDonald's to end their use of polystyrene. It worked! They phased out the practice in 1990. She still believes that one person can make a difference and is in awe of the power of collective action.
